Heikki Kolisoja

Heikki Kolisoja's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Heikki started their career at Fortum as a summer trainee and later had trainee positions at Porvoon Maske and Neste Jacobs. At Neste Jacobs, they worked as a mechanical engineer trainee and design engineer trainee in different divisions.

In 2010, Heikki joined KONE as a product change management engineer, where they implemented a global cost model tool. Later that year, they joined ABB and held various positions such as mechanical engineer, engineering manager, and technology manager, primarily focused on marine propulsion.

In 2021, Heikki joined Evac Group as the head of Product and Project Design, responsible for developing the global organization, processes, and tools for product and project design. Heikki later became the Vice President of Products & Engineering, overseeing the organization's product line management, engineering, automation, and quality functions.

Overall, Heikki has gained extensive experience in engineering, project management, and leadership roles throughout their career.

Heikki Kolisoja obtained their Bachelor of Science in Technology degree, with a major in Production Engineering and a minor in Machine Design, from the Tampere University of Technology. This degree was completed between the years 2005 and 2010. Heikki then pursued a Master of Science in Technology degree from the same university, specializing in Production Engineering and Product Development as their major, and Industrial Management as their minor. This degree was attained from 2005 to 2011. As part of their educational journey, Heikki spent a year studying Management at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University from 2008 to 2009.
