Philippe Catirane

Philippe CATIRANE has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Philippe currently holds the position of IT Director at EVAM, where they manage the ICT department and oversees a team of 24 employees. Prior to this, they worked as the IT Director for secondary school education at Etat de Vaud, where they managed the ICT department and a team of 12 employees.

Before their roles in the education sector, Philippe worked as an IT Architect & Technical Project Manager at SICPA and ALPIQ Switzerland, where they were involved in defining database strategies, managing infrastructure projects, and participating in technology forums.

Philippe also has experience as a DBA & Technical Project Manager at Areva, where they worked on data sources rollout projects and developed a CMDB. Philippe worked as a DBA at SFR, where they operated packaging and production databases and developed a monitoring tool.

Early in their career, Philippe worked as a Mission Manager & CAGD Support Engineer at PSA Peugeot Citroën Research Center and as a Field Engineer at Matra Nortel Communications, where they were involved in consulting team management, interface between companies, and design specifications.

Philippe CATIRANE received their Master 2 degree in Managing IT Systems from Nantes Université. In addition to their degree, they obtained the ScrumMaster Certified certification from the Scrum Alliance in March 2016. Philippe also holds the PRINCE2 Foundation Certified certification, obtained in June 2015, and the ITIL V3 Foundation Certified certification, obtained in April 2011.
