Jesse Miller

Jesse Miller is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in intelligence and counterintelligence operations across various defense-related roles. Currently with Evans & Chambers Technology, LLC since November 2016, responsibilities include managing contract support for the Defense Intelligence Agency and the Joint Chiefs of Staff, along with conducting cost analysis and negotiations. Previous roles encompass positions at Pluribus International as a Joint Staff J2X Action Officer and Counterintelligence Analyst, with a focus on CI/HUMINT programs, and at Six3 Systems as a Senior All-Source Targeting Analyst. Earlier military experience with the U.S. Army involved HUMINT collection and leadership roles in high-pressure environments.
