John de Lay

John De Lay has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Field Operations at Evans General Contractors since July 2012. In this role, John directs company-wide field operations following previous positions as Vice President of Field Operations. Prior to joining Evans General Contractors, John worked as a Superintendent at JB Steel Erectors and Precast, overseeing structural steel erection projects. John's earlier experience includes serving as Superintendent/Foreman at The Conlan Company, focusing on concrete tilt wall construction, and as a Field Engineer at Lichtenburg Construction, specializing in heavy industrial projects.
