Howard Rubin

Howard Rubin has a long and varied work experience in the field of technology and information systems. Howard is currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Evara Health since March 2018. Prior to this, they worked at Blackboard as the Vice President of Corporate IT Operations from November 2016 to July 2017. Before that, they held the position of Senior Vice President of Information Systems at ProCure Treatment Centers from February 2008 to November 2016. From December 2001 to February 2008, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at Care New England. Additionally, they worked at American Power Conversion as the Director of Enterprise Network Services from June 1998 to December 2001, and at Value Behavioral Health as the Director of Network/Information Support from May 1996 to December 1997. Howard also held the position of Manager of Voice Communications Services at Integrex Systems Corp from May 1995 to May 1996. Prior to that, they worked at Fairfax County Government as the Assistant Director of Communications from September 1989 to May 1995. Lastly, they served as the Director of Telecommunications at ORS Associates from an unknown start date to 1989.

Howard Rubin attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1976 to 1980, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management.
