Apostolos Plastiras has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Apostolos started their career as a Chief Technical Officer and Co-Founder at ENGAIA SA in 2006, where they worked until 2014. During this time, they played a key role in developing and managing technical operations.
In 2014, Apostolos joined a software development company as a Software Developer. Here, they gained valuable experience in software development and contributed to various projects until 2015.
Following this, Apostolos joined KYMA automation as a Software Engineer and Application Developer in 2015. Apostolos worked on developing applications and software solutions until 2018.
In 2018, Apostolos became a Software Engineer at Embedesis, where they further developed their skills in software engineering until 2019.
Currently, Apostolos works as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer at EVBox, where they bring their expertise in developing embedded software solutions. Apostolos has been part of the team since 2019, continuously contributing to the company's success.
Apostolos Plastiras has a Master's degree in the Department of Applied Informatics from the University of Macedonia. Apostolos obtained this degree from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering from the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki, from 1999 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Apostolos has also obtained certifications such as being a KNX Certified Partner from KNX Siemens SA in July 2009 and attending the Summer School & Think Tank GAIIA, "Gesture & Artificial Intelligence in Industry & Arts" from the University of Macedonia in June 2017.
