Martijn van der Wel has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles.

Martijn started their career as a Training Day Coordinator at the Centre for Postacademic Education (CPO) at Radboud University Nijmegen, where they managed training locations and ensured smooth operations during seminars and workshops.

Martijn then worked as a Student Intern at Klos Morel Vos & Reeskamp, an Intellectual Property law firm, assisting with landmark cases and serving multinational clients.

Martijn then joined Poelmann van den Broek advocaten as an Attorney at Law specializing in Intellectual Property and ICT. Martijn managed intellectual property portfolios, resolved disputes, and helped clients create solid contract templates.

Martijn later joined KYOCERA Document Solutions Europe B.V. as a Lawyer, coordinating the company's operations in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. KYOCERA Document Solutions is a global manufacturer of office solutions.

Martijn van der Wel has a diverse education history.
