Aaron Chen

Aaron Chen started their work experience in 2006 as an Attorney Associate at C & I Partner, where they provided legal services for investment activities and multinational companies. From 2011 to 2016, they worked as a Director Legal at Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd., leading a legal team and handling various legal affairs. Aaron then joined GETRAG Asia Pacific in 2016 as an Executive Director, overseeing the functions of legal, internal audit, and compliance. In 2019, they became a Compliance Officer & Data Privacy Officer for the China Region at Xiwei China. In 2020, they moved on to become the General Counsel at Man Wah Holdings Ltd., serving as the global general counsel and reporting directly to the company's president. Currently, they are employed as the VP, General Counsel at Huizhou Yizhou Energy Limited.

Aaron Chen attended Chongqing University from 1997 to 2001, studying law. Aaron then went on to the University of International Business and Economics from 2004 to 2006, also choosing law as their field of study. In 2007, they obtained a qualification for the legal profession from the Ministry of Justice PR China. No specific degree was mentioned for either of their educational experiences.
