Ciaran Rooney

Ciaran Rooney is the current General Counsel at Eve Sleep. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate at Rockley Photonics Inc. and Cooley LLP. Ciaran has a wealth of experience in corporate law, with a focus on the technology and life sciences sectors. Ciaran has advised on numerous venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, and restructurings. Ciaran is especially experienced in cross-border international law and has advised on many transatlantic deals. Ciaran is passionate about advising high-growth companies and regularly works with angel and venture capital investors, as well as disruptive companies in the technology and life sciences industries.

Ciaran Rooney's educational career includes a P.G. Dip in Law from the College of Law in Guildford and an LLB from the University of East Anglia.
