Alexis Thompson, MPH

Alexis Thompson, MPH has a wealth of work experience, beginning with a Summer Enrichment Program role at the University of Michigan School of Public Health in 2014. Alexis then held internships at the Fragile Kids Foundation, Inc, Detroit Community Health Connection, and Emory University School of Medicine in 2014, 2015, and 2016, respectively. In 2017, Alexis began working at Collective Health, where they held four roles, including Senior Team Lead, Member Claims Operations, Team Lead, Claims Operations (Site Expansion Team), Team Lead, Health Plan Operations, and Health Plan Operations Associate. In 2020, Alexis began working at Emory University School of Medicine as a Clinical Research Coordinator III, and in 2021, they started a new role as Project Manager at Even Health.

Alexis Thompson, MPH obtained their Bachelor of Science in Public Policy from Georgia State University between 2011 and 2015. Alexis then earned their Master of Public Health from Emory University in 2017, with a focus in Health Services Management. Additionally, they have obtained a Basic Certificate in Quality & Safety from IHI in July 2015, as well as a Certified Peer Advocate for HIV/AIDS from AID Gwinnett/RIC Crawford Clinic in September 2012.
