Stefan Pancoe is the Production Manager at Event Strategy Group. Stefan has over ten years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Prior to joining Event Strategy Group, Stefan worked as a Clinical Dietitian at Methodist Hospital. Stefan has a passion for food and believes that it should be healthy, affordable, and delicious.

Stefan Pancoe has a Certificate in Business Analytics from Penn State University. Stefan also has a Bachelor of Science in the same field from the same school. Stefan is currently pursuing their Masters of Business Administration in Business Analytics at Penn State University.
