Elizabeth R. is the Founder of La Ventanita Cubana, a lifestyle publication celebrating the Latina/o community. With over 8 years at Eventage as an Assistant Production Manager, Elizabeth managed major events like the NYC Marathon. In their role at FireHydrant, Elizabeth drove HR initiatives and transitioned to an advanced HRIS. At Woven by Toyota, Elizabeth developed HR infrastructure, and at Pager, Elizabeth led innovative onboarding processes. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Empire State University.
