Erick Lares

Erick Lares started their work experience in 2015 as a Software Development Intern at HP, where they developed software to track worker statistics for monthly reports. In 2016, they worked as a Software Programmer at SocialGest. In 2019, they joined Agencia 3·WAYS as a Programmer, and later worked at abde Business Consulting as a Programmer until 2021. From 2021 to 2023, they worked at Devo as a Professional Services Engineer. Currently, they are a Software Engineer at Eventbrite since 2023.

Erick Lares has a Master's degree in Computer Science from Appalachian State University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2016, they pursued an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. Erick also participated in a Computer Science Summer Practicum in "Embedded Sensor Systems" at North Carolina State University in 2014. In terms of additional certifications, Erick has completed the "Curso Architecting on AWS" from IT Institute in June 2022 and is a certified user of the Devo Platform from Devo, obtained in July 2021.
