Tania Guzmán García

Tania Guzmán García has a diverse work experience spanning several years. In 2014, they were a speaker at the I Jornadas de acercamiento teórico-práctico al software libre. Tania continued their career in 2015, working as a Junior Programmer at Ziblec Software S.L. and also as a Quality Fellow at the University of Vigo. Tania returned to the University of Vigo in 2015 as a Quality Fellow and also participated as a speaker at the II Jornadas de acercamiento teórico-práctico al software y hardware libre en el ámbito socioeducativo. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Optiva Media as a Consultant and Software Developer, where they were responsible for front-end development and project management for TV Set-Top Boxes and OTT platforms. In 2019, Tania joined Telefónica as a Software Developer on behalf of Optiva Media, focusing on front-end development for TV Set-Top Boxes. Tania then transitioned to Ryanair in 2020, where they worked as a Software Developer, responsible for front-end development of Ryanair's home page. Currently, Tania is a Senior Software Engineer at Eventbrite, a position they have held since April 2023.

Tania Guzmán García pursued a Master's degree in Web Engineering at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Universidade de Vigo, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering. During their undergraduate studies, Tania specialized in Information Technologies and Software Engineering. Additionally, Tania has obtained certifications in "Creación y retoque de imágenes con software libre" and "Introducción al Desarrollo de Aplicaciones Móviles con Windows Phone" from Miríada X.
