Tonya Bollman

Tonya Bollman has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Tonya began their career at United States Steel Corporation in 2001, where they held multiple roles including Oracle Security Architect, Oracle EBS Configurations Migrator, and Developer/Quality Coordinator/IT Auditor/Document Retention Management. In these positions, they oversaw compliance with company policies, designed and implemented Oracle EBS Security, managed workload and resource requirements for configuration activities, and audited performance to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2000, GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley, and company procedures.

In 2015, Tonya joined Battle Ground Foursquare Church as an Administrator, where they utilized internal databases to process financial and ministerial reports, maintained membership information, and ensured accuracy of financial statements. Tonya also audited supplier invoices and collaborated with Accounts Payable for payment confirmation.

Tonya then moved on to H&R Block in 2015, where they served as a Master Tax Advisor - Enrolled Agent. In this role, they reviewed client tax documents, conducted interviews to identify income, deductions, and credits, and discussed missing or omitted information with clients.

Most recently, Tonya worked at EventBuilder as a QA and Compliance Manager, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, managing regulatory risk, and reviewing practices. Tonya also worked as an Event Producer, contributing to the success of company events.

Throughout their career, Tonya has demonstrated strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills, and has a proven track record of ensuring compliance and efficiency in various roles.

Tonya Bollman has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, which they obtained from Robert Morris University between the years 1995 and 1999. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the University of Pittsburgh from 1989 to 1993. In addition to their formal education, Tonya Bollman has also obtained a certification in Body Language for Leaders from LinkedIn in January 2018.
