M.ux Chris Anthony Ortega

Chris Anthony Ortega, M.UX has extensive work experience in the field of User Experience (UX) design. Chris Anthony worked as a Head of UX at Eventellect from September 2022 onwards. Before that, they served as a UI/UX Designer III at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, where they focused on creating new design concepts and user workflows for web applications. Prior to that, Chris worked as a UX Designer II at Woodforest National Bank, where they were responsible for defining interaction patterns and delivering design documentation. Chris Anthony also held the position of Lead User Experience Designer at Nuvola Staffing & Solutions, LLC, where they conducted A/B testing, usability studies, and led creative group sessions to optimize client experience. Additionally, Chris has experience as an Adjunct Professor of Political Science at Lone Star College, where they taught Government courses and created engaging lessons for students. Chris Anthony also worked as a Channels Specialist II in Global Business Operations at Google on a contract basis.

Chris Anthony Ortega, M.UX has an extensive education history in various fields. From 2019 to 2021, they pursued a Master's Degree in UX Design at Azusa Pacific University. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2013, they completed another Master's Degree in Government, Law, and Public Policy Analysis at Walden University. In 2005, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Psychology from the University of Maryland Global Campus.

Additionally, Chris has engaged in several short-term courses and training programs to enhance their skills. In 2020, they received a Statement of Accomplishment from Ideo.org for completing a course in Human Centered Design: Prototyping.
