Donna M Schneider is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Human Resources Recruiter at Eventide Senior Living Communities since March 2021, Donna Schneider develops and implements all phases of the recruitment process while collaborating with department managers to create effective job postings. Previously, as Talent Acquisition Manager at Lutheran Social Services of North Dakota from July 2012 to January 2021, Donna Schneider designed the recruiting process and managed the annual recruitment budget. Additionally, in an earlier role as HR Generalist/Recruiter, support was provided to over 300 employees through onboarding and benefits administration.
