Justine Winterowd

Justine Winterowd is an experienced nursing professional with a focus on senior care management, currently serving as the Director of Nursing at Eventide Senior Living Communities since March 2016. In this role, Justine is responsible for ensuring quality care, managing staffing and development, overseeing the facility budget, and implementing quality improvement initiatives. Prior to this position, Justine held the title of Resident Care Manager, where oversight of daily operations and compliance for an assisted living facility was essential. Justine's experience also includes serving as Nursing Manager at Bethany Retirement Living, working closely with interdisciplinary teams on care plans and staff training. Justine holds a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration from Minnesota State University Moorhead and two associate degrees in Registered Nursing and Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse Training from Rasmussen University and Northwest Technical College, respectively.
