Kayla Linn

Kayla Linn serves as the Vice President of People and Culture at Eventide Senior Living Communities since February 2017, after previously holding the role of Human Resources Director at the same organization. Responsibilities include coordinating human resources for approximately 260 employees, administering HR programs, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, managing employee relations, and collaborating with executive leadership on retention strategies. Prior to Eventide, Kayla worked at Sanford Health in various human resources roles, including Human Resources Advisor and HRIS Analyst, providing guidance to management and improving employee relations. Kayla's career began at Target, where roles ranged from Executive Team Lead in logistics and replenishment to intern positions, focusing on team management and operations. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business-Human Resource Management and Marketing from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
