Pauline Larroque is a Lead Customer Success Manager at Eventmaker, where Pauline manages a team of 3 people and is involved in structuring the production team. Pauline implements reporting tools, performance monitoring, and KPIs. Prior to their current role, Pauline has gained experience in event management, project coordination, and communication in various companies such as Réseau Entreprendre Paris, ubi bene, GL events, Le Basque, and Cadeau Maestro. Pauline holds a Mastère Spécialisé Entreprenariat et Management de l’Innovation from emlyon business school and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the same institution.
