Michael Pollard

Michael Pollard currently serves as the Director of Technology at Ever.Ag, focusing on enhancing the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability of food production through leadership of a skilled team. Prior experience includes roles at Middle Tennessee State University where Michael was instrumental in redesigning a Time Tracking and Project Management web portal, employing an Agile workflow, and co-developing a mentorship program for the Computer Science Department. Additional positions include Quality Assurance Quality Control Supervisor at Nemak, Operations Supervisor at IBEX | Global, and various roles in the US Navy, where Michael acquired diverse skills and leadership experience. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Middle Tennessee State University and is an alumnus of the United States Naval Academy.
