Josh Phillips has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2004 as a Data Analyst for Prozone Sports Ltd. In 2006, they took on the role of Youth Director for The United Synagogue, followed by a Marketing Manager role at WM Consulting Group in 2011. In 2012, they became a Sales Team Lead and Account Executive at SysAid Technologies Ltd. and then moved on to Logz.io in 2016, where they were a Director of Account Management, Head of Account Management, and Manager of Sales Development. Most recently, in 2022, Josh became the Director of Sales at both EverAfter and Swish.ai, where they are responsible for scaling customer experience without increasing Customer Success headcount and providing a high-touch Customer Experience Portal for each client.

Josh Phillips began their educational journey at The Manchester Grammar School from 1995 to 2002. Josh then attended the University of Leeds from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a BA (Hons) degree. From 2008 to 2009, they studied at David Shapell College of Jewish Studies. Josh then went on to The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2009 to 2011, where they earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree. In addition, Josh holds an ITIL Foundation v3 certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
