Matheus Gomes

Matheus Gomes has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Matheus began their career in 2008 as a Designer at Jaya! Design, where they collaborated with renowned product designer Sabrina Arini on product development, illustrations, printed materials, and gifts. From 2009 to 2013, they worked as a Designer at Liga Design, a major design agency in São Paulo, where they designed print and digital materials for global brands such as ESPN, British American Tobacco, and Comgás. In 2014, Matheus joined Torc Candles as the Head of Design, overseeing the design process and managing customer, collaborator, and supplier relationships on an international scale. Matheus remained with Torc Candles until 2021 when they transitioned to Evercam - Construction Cameras. At Evercam, Matheus held various leadership positions, including Creative Director and Chief Collaboration Officer, before assuming their current role as Chief People Officer in November 2022. Throughout their career, Matheus has demonstrated their ability to work in fast-paced environments, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality design and experiences for global brands.

Matheus Gomes completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from Centro Universitário Senac from 2006 to 2009. In 2017, they attended the University of the Arts London for a short period to study Strategic Branding, Identity, and Brand Experience. In terms of additional certifications, Matheus obtained a Digital Marketing Nanodegree from Udacity in April 2019. In August 2020, they received a certification in DIGITAL SKILLS: USER EXPERIENCE from Accenture. Most recently, in April 2022, Matheus obtained a certification in Data in Construction: Data into the Future from Procore Technologies.
