Winston Nget

Winston Nget is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and leadership. Currently serving as a Business Analytics and Insights Specialist at EverDriven since January 2022, Winston coordinates transportation operations across various stakeholders while driving performance metrics in the Midsouth region. Concurrently, Winston serves as a Company Commander in the Army National Guard, overseeing the readiness of 79 soldiers and their deployment. Winston's military experience includes multiple leadership roles such as Operations Officer and Executive Officer, showcasing a strong capability in managing personnel and equipment logistics. Prior to these roles, Winston held various Area Manager positions at Amazon, where management of large teams and the implementation of Lean Six Sigma principles resulted in optimized operational efficiency. Winston holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from The City College of New York.
