Sonja Schärfke

Sonja Schärfke has extensive work experience in the legal field. Sonja currently serves as the Legal Director at everdrop since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Rechtsanwältin und Wirtschaftsmediatorin since May 2021. Sonja has been practicing law since 2003 as a Rechtsanwältin. From November 2017 to April 2021, they held the position of Head Of Legal Department and Unit Compliance Officer at Jochen Schweizer mydays Holding GmbH. From 2010 to 2019, they worked as a freelance speaker for data protection law at TÜV NORD Akademie GmbH & Co. KG. Sonja also held various roles at mydays GmbH, including Head Of Human Resources and Syndikusanwältin from March 2017 to February 2018, and Senior Manager Legal Affairs from July 2012 to February 2017.

Sonja Schärfke received their education starting in 1993 at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, where they obtained their 1. Juristisches Staatsexamen in Rechtswissenschaften in 1998. Sonja then pursued further legal education at Rechtsreferendariat OLG Bezirk München from 1998 to 2000, earning their 2. Juristisches Staatsexamen. In 2011, Sonja attended IMB GmbH Institut für Mediation und Beziehungsmanagement, where they obtained a degree in Wirtschaftsmediatorin und Konfliktcoach (IMB) between 2011 and 2013. Sonja Schärfke also holds additional certifications, including Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance, obtained in October 2019, and Wirtschaftsmediatorin (IMB) from IMB GmbH Institut für Mediation und Beziehungsmanagement.
