Rudy Peña has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rudy started their career at Automatic Data Processing Insurance Agency, Inc. as an Associate Sales Manager, where they worked from June 2006 to June 2012. Following this, they worked as a General Manager at TitleMax from April 2014 to December 2014 and later at TMX Finance from June 2012 to January 2015. Rudy also gained experience as an MIT at Clayton Homes from February 2015 to August 2015. Rudy then served as a District Manager at Komet USA LLC from August 2015 to May 2017, responsible for selling dental rotary instruments.
Starting in May 2017, Rudy worked as a Sales Consultant Professional Services at TriNet, focusing on providing HR solutions for companies with non-office bound workforces. Rudy then joined ADP as an Associate District Manager HRO Solutions in January 2019, where they helped organizations implement Human Capital Management strategies. Rudy was later promoted to the role of District Manager HRO Solutions in January 2020 until June 2021. From June 2021 to April 2022, they worked as an Account Executive at Paylocity, demonstrating their abilities in sales and account management.
Currently, Rudy Peña serves as an Account Executive at Everee since April 2022. Throughout their career, Rudy has shown a passion for helping organizations and their advisors implement effective human capital management strategies.
Rudy Peña began their education at Burges High School, where they attended from 1991 to 1995. After completing high school, they went on to pursue further studies at The University of Texas at El Paso. From 1995 to 2001, Rudy Peña studied Business and Music at the university.
