Shikha Ragesh is an experienced recruitment specialist currently working at EverestEngineering since December 2020, focusing on solving recruitment challenges for startups and large enterprises using innovative technologies. Previously, Shikha held positions as a technical recruiter at AB2 Consulting Inc., where responsibilities included addressing internal and client IT recruitment needs, and as an HR executive for recruitment at Bahwan CyberTek, managing end-to-end recruitment processes for both service and product-based clients. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR executive at EXCELJUTA Talent Solution Pvt Ltd, where Shikha managed the full recruitment cycle and supported payroll processes. Shikha holds an MBA in HR from MG University and a BTech in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Kerala University.
