Apoorva Desai

Apoorva Desai has over five years of work experience in the technology industry. In 2015, they worked as an Intern at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, where they received extensive training and detailed briefings of their manufacturing areas. In 2016, they interned at ISRO Satellite Centre, where they designed a Ka Band Pass filter using a Bessel filter for a cloud radar receiver. In 2017, they worked as a Student Worker for ITS USC and as a Business Technology Analyst for Deloitte Digital, where they were trained in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, GitHub, JQuery, and Salesforce Lightning. In 2018, they worked as a Data Scientist - Machine Learning Engineer and a Computer Vision Software Developer for Slingshot Aerospace. In 2021, they worked as a Data Engineer for Overhaul. Currently, they are a Machine Learning Engineer for EverestLabs.AI.

Apoorva Desai received a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained A Levels in Science from The Beauchamp College, United Kingdom in 2012. In 2017, they earned a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Southern California.
