Diamond Anderson, M.Ed. has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Diamond started their career as a Multicultural Attache at James Madison University, where they contributed to the diversity efforts of the university and supported first-year residential students in increasing their awareness of diversity and multiculturalism.

Diamond then joined Teach For America, where they served as a Corps Member, working closely with students, parents, and community members in low-income areas to provide transformative education. Diamond also worked as a Campus Campaign Coordinator, raising awareness of educational inequity and inspiring top students to apply for the Teach For America corps. Additionally, they served as an Operations Coordinator, supporting the logistics and infrastructure needed to deliver outstanding instruction to summer school students.

Diamond later worked at KIPP Columbus as a Recruitment Associate, where they played a role in recruiting staff for the organization. Diamond then joined Habitat for Humanity of Jacksonville as a Hicks Program Instructor, helping students prepare for higher education through test prep, life skills, and employment skills training.

Diamond's passion for education led their to Duval County Public Schools, where they held the positions of English-Language Arts Teacher and Instructional Reading Coach. In these roles, they supported classroom teachers in implementing the K-12 Reading curriculum, provided professional development opportunities, and helped students improve their reading skills.

In 2020, Diamond founded All Things Diamond, LLC., a woman-owned virtual assisting agency that supports minority-owned small businesses and organizations with social media management and general administrative tasks.

Currently, Diamond is working at EVERFI as a District Partnerships and Success Lead. Diamond'sresponsibilities include increasing adoption of EVERFI's courses in K-12 classrooms, acting as a strategic partner-based liaison between school districts and sponsors/partners, and forging relationships with external partners to expand student reach and impact.

Diamond Anderson, M.Ed. holds a Master of Education degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from The University of Texas at Arlington. Diamond also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from James Madison University. In addition to their degrees, Diamond has several certifications, including English 6-12, Reading 6-12 Endorsement, and Speech Pathology. These certifications were obtained from the Florida Department of Education.
