Karine Martel has been in the design industry since 2000. Karine began their career at Gameloft as a User Interface Designer and then moved to Ubisoft as a UX/UI Designer. In 2001, they began working as a freelance Designer and then joined kbs+ in 2005 as a Creative Director. In 2014, they continued their freelance work and in 2016 joined JWT Montreal as a CX/UX/UI Creative Director and Marketing Experiential Director. In 2018, they joined TANK Worldwide as a Senior Creative Director and in 2020, they joined Everflow as a Lead UX Designer and UX Manager. Throughout their career, they have worked on campaigns for clients such as Centre des Sciences de Montréal, Vieux-Port de Montréal, Mondou, Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec, Services Publics et Approvisionnement Canada, Industrielle Alliance, Mazda, Air Canada, Tim Hortons, Subway Canada, Target Canada, Ministère de la Santé et des Services Sociaux, Astral Média, Lavo, Producteurs Laitiers du Canada, Banque Royale du Canada, Trojan, and Amnistie Internationale. Her most notable work includes the 12 pouces/5$ campaign for Subway Canada and the Mazda activation for the International Auto Show across Canada in 2018.
Karine Martel obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications graphiques from Université Laval in 2000, following a Certificat en Arts in Arts appliqués from the same university in 1998.
