Roger Bache

Roger Bache is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business operations and leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Everfox since January 2017 and COO of Forcepoint Federal since January 2016, Roger has a robust background that includes leadership positions such as COO at Raytheon Cyber Products, Inc. and President of Raytheon Oakley Systems. Additionally, Roger held the position of Board President at the OIF Board from 2008 to 2010 and is a retired Lieutenant Commander from the US Navy, having served from 1975 to 1998. Educational credentials include a BA in International Studies, Cum Laude, from the University of South Carolina and further professional development through the U.S. Naval War College.
