MARCUS HELLMANN is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development and market development within the food industry. Currently serving in product development at Total Produce Nordic since January 2019 and in market development at Everfresh AB since February 2017, MARCUS has previously held roles as a meal developer at RP Frukt AB and a product developer at Everfresh. MARCUS began career in the culinary field as a chef and kitchen master in the restaurant industry from 1997 to 2010. Educational background includes a food technology degree from Lunds Universitet LTH and a culinary education from Rönnowska skolan.
