Mischa Zajtmann

Mischa Zajtmann is an experienced legal and business professional currently serving as President of EverGen Infrastructure Corp. since March 2020 and as a Partner at Kepis & Pobe Financial Group since December 2017. With a strong background in corporate securities and law, Mischa previously held the position of General Counsel at Oxygen Capital Corp., where legal guidance was provided to various portfolio companies from March 2014 to June 2016. Earlier in the career, Mischa worked as an Associate at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP and McCarthy Tetrault, focusing on corporate transactions and M&A. Mischa holds an LLB from the University of Saskatchewan and a Bachelor of Arts along with a Diploma in Accounting from The University of British Columbia.
