Sean Hennessy

Sean Hennessy is a financial executive with extensive experience in the renewable energy and corporate finance sectors. Since March 2022, Sean has served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Finance & Controller at EverGen Infrastructure Corp., a platform focused on renewable natural gas infrastructure. Concurrently, Sean has been providing financial reporting consultancy through SNH Accounting Ltd since November 2020. Prior roles include Director of Financial Reporting at Loop Energy Inc. from May 2021 to March 2022 and Director of Corporate Reporting at Teekay from October 2010 to November 2020. Sean's career began at PwC New Zealand, where roles included Tax Consultant and Senior Audit Associate from February 2007 to July 2010. Sean holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration in Accounting, Finance, and Commercial Law and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, both from Victoria University of Wellington.
