Chris Walker P.e.

Chris Walker, P.E. has extensive work experience in the boating industry. Chris began their career at Hatteras Yachts as a Materials & Process Engineer from 2000 to 2006. Chris then advanced to the position of Manager, Structural & Composite Engineering from 2006 to 2012. Walker joined Sea Ray Boats in 2012 as a Program Manager and later became the Large Boat Category Director from 2013 to 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they served as the Engineering Manager at Sea Ray Boats. In 2018, Walker joined Everglades Boats as the Director of Product Design & Naval Architecture.

Chris Walker, P.E. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Ocean Engineering with Honors from the Florida Institute of Technology. In addition, they have obtained certifications in the field, including a Master of 100 GRT Vessels from the USCG Merchant Marine Captain - Near Coastal institution. Chris is also a Professional Engineer (PE) certified by the North Carolina Board of Engineers and Land Survey.
