Thomas Ignaczak

Thomas Ignaczak is a skilled engineering professional with experience in various roles within the manufacturing and process engineering sectors. Currently serving as Maintenance and Capabilities Manager and previously as Process Manager at EverGrain® by AB InBev since February 2022, Thomas has effectively supervised teams and managed processes. Prior to this, Thomas worked as a Process Engineer at WB Industries MBE/DBE and Corning Incorporated, where responsibilities included overseeing operations and engineering functions. Thomas began career progression with roles at Micron Technology and the University of Rochester, including teaching assistantship and internship experience at Express Scripts, which involved projects focused on cost analysis and improving recycling initiatives. Thomas earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rochester in June 2017, following a foundational education at Christian Brothers College High School.
