Jeffrey Kinderman

Jeffrey Kinderman is an experienced professional in investment banking and corporate finance, currently serving in the Investment Banking division at Evergreen Advisors since January 2023. Previously, from April 2018 to November 2022, Jeffrey held the position of Principal at SC&H Capital, specializing in M&A and business valuation for middle market companies. Prior to that, Jeffrey was the Director of Business Valuation Services at Kaufman, Rossin & Co. from March 2012 to March 2018, where leadership of the valuation practice was a key responsibility. Earlier roles include Managing Director at Oracle Capital LLC and Director at Essex Capital Partners, with responsibilities encompassing merger & acquisition advisory and valuation services. Jeffrey’s career began as an Associate at Stone Carlie and also includes experience as Supervisor at MPP&W, P.C. Jeffrey holds a BSBA in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, completed in 1994.
