Brian Dietz

Brian Dietz has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Brian is the Vice President and founder of Evergreen Devco, Inc.'s Industrial Real Estate Development platform, where they focus on ground-up industrial development opportunities in Denver, Phoenix, and throughout the Western and Central U.S. Prior to this, Brian served as the Programs Committee Chair and Executive Committee Member for NAIOP- Colorado Chapter, where they were also a Board of Directors Member. Additionally, they held the position of VP, Investment Officer at Prologis, Inc., overseeing logistics real estate investments in high-barrier, high-growth markets. Brian also worked as a Senior Manager at The Opus Group®, leading the sourcing, development, and leasing of industrial real estate projects. Before that, they served as Vice President of Asset Management for Industrial Income Trust and Industrial Property Trust at Black Creek Group, overseeing the North Central Region. Brian's experience also includes roles at Prologis as a Senior Fund Analyst, at Lauth Group, Inc. as a Senior Development Associate, and at the University of Denver as a Researcher in the School of Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management. Brian began their career in the real estate industry at Steamboat Resorts and Steamboat Resort, where they held positions in property management and marketing coordination.

Brian Dietz began their education at Framingham High School in Framingham, MA, where they obtained their high school degree from 1990 to 1994. Brian then attended Skidmore College from 1994 to 1998, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Fine and Studio Arts. Later, Brian pursued further education at the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business from 2004 to 2005, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Real Estate Finance & Construction Management. Additionally, Brian possesses the LEED Accredited Professional certification, although the specifics of the institution and dates of obtaining are unknown.
