Chas Okamoto

Chas Okamoto is a skilled project manager with extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors. Currently with Evergreen Devco, Inc. since February 2022, Chas oversees multifamily development projects such as Outlook Briargate and Outlook West Mesa. Prior to this, Chas served as project manager at Hausmann Construction Inc., leading significant projects including the Colorado State University Johnson Family Equine Hospital and the Colorado State University Bay Facility. Earlier roles included project engineer positions at Leidos and Kiewit, where Chas contributed to large-scale projects such as the Antarctic Infrastructure and Modernization for Science (AIMS) Program and the Market Station mixed-use development. Chas's career began as the head coach for the Guam National Tennis Team during the 2015 Pacific Games. Chas holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
