Tom Ward has accumulated significant work experience in various roles throughout their career. Tom has worked as a Senior Technical Program Manager at Stanford Health Care starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Evergreen Healthcare Partners, beginning in February 2023 as well. Before these roles, Tom served as a Senior Manager and Senior Product Manager at Tasso, Inc. from May 2020 to March 2023.

Tom also has experience as a Senior Software Engineer at KenSci, where they primarily focused on machine learning algorithm training and data pipelines from January 2020 to June 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Guidacent, Inc. for over a year, taking on various roles including technical program manager, system engineer, and data analyst.

In terms of certifications, they hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, acquired in August 2018. Additionally, they have a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance, as well as various Epic certifications including EpicCare Ambulatory, Anesthesia, OpTime, Phoenix Transplant, Reporting Workbench, OpTime SQL Data Model, and Cache Programmer Certification. Furthermore, they have completed the Udacity Full Stack Development Nanodegree program.
