Billy Pham has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Billy started their career at REI as a Desktop Support Technician T2 Intern, responsible for providing computer hardware to internal clients. Billy then moved on to Alaska Airlines, where they worked as a Repair Technician, testing and repairing hardware for employees and contractors. Billy later transitioned to the role of Configuration Technician/IT Project Coordinator, managing project plans and completing tickets via Cherwell. Most recently, they joined Evergreen Home Loans as an IT Asset Analyst, responsible for procurement and deployment of IT hardware to internal users. Billy'stasks included imaging PCs, installing software, and shipping items. Overall, Billy has demonstrated strong technical skills and experience in hardware management and support.
Billy Pham attended Year Up from 2016 to 2017, where they studied Information Technology. During their time there, they obtained additional certifications, including Microsoft Office Specialist Excel 2013 from Microsoft in May 2016 and Dell Tech Direct Certified from Dell Technologies in January 2020.
