Jonathan C. Sorkenn

Jonathan C. Sorkenn is the Senior Vice President at Evergreen Trading. Jonathan has over 20 years of experience in the field of real estate and investment banking. Jonathan started their career as a Director, Real Estate Capital Markets and Investment Banking at PricewaterhouseCoopers Securities LLC. Jonathan then moved on to become the Director, Capital Markets & Investment Properties at Landauer Associates. After 10 years at Active International, they took on their current role at Evergreen Trading.

Jonathan has a proven track record in creating custom financial solutions for corporate clients using both marketing-based trade payment and cash payment mechanisms. Jonathan has a consultative and advisory-driven approach to foster trust and to place the client's needs and objectives above all else. Jonathan has also acquired both owned and leased commercial real estate properties and consumer product inventories globally.

Jonathan holds a degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Jonathan C. Sorkenn attended Brandeis University, where they studied American Studies. Jonathan then attended New York University, where they studied Real Estate Development & Investment at the Schack Institute of Real Estate. Jonathan also attended Ramsey High School.
