Michael Walker has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on employee experience and management. Michael has held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Employee Experience at Evergreen Treatment Services, Director of Human Resources at Evergreen Treatment Services, Human Resources Manager at Evergreen Treatment Services, Human Resources Business Partner at Pioneer Human Services, Human Resources Officer at CRISTA Ministries, and Human Resources Coordinator at The Museum of Flight. Additionally, they have served as Chairman of the Board at New Jerusalem Church (Tacoma). Prior to their roles in human resources, Michael worked in operations at UPS and served as a Legal Assistant JAG in the US Navy. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing HR policies, recruiting and retaining employees, and fostering positive workplace cultures.
Michael Walker received their high school diploma in 1994 from Robert E Lee High School. Following this, from 1999 to 2001, they attended Highline Community College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Legal Studies, General. Later, from 2004 to 2006, Michael pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with an HR Emphasis at the University of Phoenix.
