Catherine Haltom

Catherine Haltom, LMSW, is a dedicated social worker with extensive experience in various roles within the field of social work. Currently serving as a Travel Medical Social Worker at both Kindred and EvergreenHealth since April 2023, Catherine previously held the same title at UVA Prince William Medical Center from September 2022 to April 2023. Catherine's background includes working as a Behavioral Care Manager and Psychotherapist at Concert Health, an MSW Trauma Therapist Intern at the Center for Addiction and Recovery Studies, and a Mental Health Specialist at Alliance HealthCare Services.
