Malinda Shaffer

Malinda Shaffer has extensive experience in the healthcare and administrative fields, currently serving as a Patient Access Representative at EvergreenHealth since October 2009, with previous roles as a Billing Specialist, Health Unit Coordinator, and Patient Registrar. Prior to EvergreenHealth, Malinda worked as an Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator at Approach Management Services from July 2006 to September 2008, and spent over a decade at King County Library System from January 1994 to July 2006 as a Page and Library Assistant. Malinda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Washington, earned between 1979 and 1983, and completed a Medical Receptionist Certificate at Bellevue College in 2008-2009.
