Sherry Wang Loats has a diverse range of work experience in the software development field. Sherry Wang started their career at IBM Corporation in 1994, where they worked as a Software Engineer developing speech recognition software. Sherry Wang provided technical support for the translation of software into Chinese and also worked on enhancing Netscape 4. In 1998, they joined IBM Global Services as a Staff Software Engineer, where they worked on various projects including the Mozilla browser open source project and the development of a Java-based GUI for Lan Server. Sherry Wang then transitioned to a role as a Senior IT Specialist, where they focused on software development for enterprise websites. In 2004, Sherry moved to IBM Software Group: Lotus as an Advisory Software Engineer, where they continued their work until 2009. During their time at IBM, they gained expertise in Java, XML, JSP, HTML, Struts, and Castors. From 2009 to 2011, Sherry worked as a Java Software Consultant at AMD. Currently, they are a Software Developer IV, Tools Lead at Everi Holdings Inc., where they are responsible for developing and maintaining various tools using C# and Java. Sherry Wang'smain focus is on providing services and support to all internal customers within the company.
Sherry Wang Loats has a Master's degree in Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University. Sherry Wang also holds a Master's degree in Physics from the same university. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Peking University.
