Spencer Fairbairn

Spencer Fairbairn has extensive work experience in the technology and gaming industry. Spencer is currently the Vice President of Software Development at Everi Holdings Inc. In 2021, they worked as the General Manager at DruvStar. Prior to that, in 2019, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at NS8 Inc, where they were responsible for various aspects of product development, delivery, quality, operations, infrastructure, IT, and security. From 2018 to 2019, they were the Chief Technology Officer at Metric Gaming.

Before that, Spencer held leadership positions such as Vice President of Engineering at Aries (2017-2018) and Rocket Gaming Systems (2015-2018). At Rocket Gaming Systems, they oversaw strategic, architectural, and tactical execution of the company's product roadmap and led a team of up to 60 resources. Spencer also worked as a Senior Development Manager (2010-2015) and Senior Software Engineer (2005-2010) at Aristocrat Technologies, Inc., where they directed global research and development activities and built and maintained numerous applications.

Spencer's earlier career includes roles such as Software Engineer at GPmicro, Inc (2003-2005) and Programmer/Analyst at H.M. Customs & Excise (1991-1992). Spencer also has experience as a professional entertainer from 1992 to 2005.

Spencer Fairbairn earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas in 2003. Spencer further pursued their education and obtained an MBA in New Venture Management from the UNLV Lee Business School from 2008 to 2010.
