Ernest Maupin

Ernest Maupin has a strong work history in operations and management roles. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of Operations at Everise, responsible for leading teams supporting multiple clients across various industries. Prior to this, they held positions at Support.com, where they were the Senior Director of Contact Center Operations and the Director of Contact Center Operations. Ernest also has extensive experience at Verizon, where they served as the Executive Director and Director, overseeing operational support teams and credit and collections functions. Ernest began their career at GTE Wireless as a Customer Service Representative and eventually became a Supervisor. Ernest also has military experience, having served as a Specialist in the US Army.

Ernest Maupin attended Blinn College from 1991 to 1993, where they obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business and Accounting. In 2014, they enrolled in Capella University to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree.
