Maina Howard is a seasoned professional with experience in customer success and client services. Currently serving at Everlaw since July 2021, Maina previously held the role of Client Services Lead at Kairos Fiduciary Services from September 2018 to August 2021, where contributions included streamlining communication processes that enhanced issue resolution and increased client referrals. Earlier career highlights include serving as the Director of Community Development & Marketing at The Renaissance International School from May 2006 to June 2015. Maina holds an MBA in Marketing from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
