Jennifer Ogden, MHR/LR, SPHR, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Evernorth. With extensive experience in human resources leadership, Jennifer has held executive positions at SHP Management Corporation and Greater Portland Metro, focusing on strategic talent management, policy compliance, and organizational development. Early career roles include Director of Human Resources for the City of Westbrook and Tender Corporation, as well as program management and staff training positions in community services and ski resorts. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Labor Relations from Ellis University and a Bachelor's degree in Professional and Technical Writing from New York Institute of Technology.
